As an airline pilot for a major U.S. Airline, Chris was grounded for 9 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic causing a major halt in air travel. With all the uncertainty that 2020 had brought the world, he decided use his longtime passion for baking to create something genuinely great for the community to enjoy.
At Aviator Cookie Company they specialize in making quality cookies from scratch without any added preservatives baked fresh every day. They will always have the staples like Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin, but will be rotating daily their specialty cookies like Salted Caramel and Cinnamon Roll cookies.
