A New Look Launch Celebration event is scheduled for Thursday, September 10 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. in Downtown Midland.

The event will feature live music by the Midland Saxophone Quartet (5-7 PM) and Empty Pockets (7-9 PM) and include giveaways of Downtown Midland t-shirts, tote bags, and decals. The DDA encourages attendees to observe all COVID-19 safety protocols for the duration of the event.

“This is a great opportunity to visit the downtown area if you haven’t been here in a while,” said Selina Tisdale, Community Affairs Director at the City of Midland. “Many businesses will be staying open later than normal for evening shopping, and the two-block closure of Main Street will allow everyone room to spread out and enjoy the live music throughout the evening.”
