Commons Live Music Series – Post Fontaine
Downtown Midland welcomes Post Fontaine to close out the 2026 The Commons Live Music Series on September 25, 2026 from 7-9 p.m.
Performances will be set up on the Pedestrian Plaza Stage in the intersection of McDonald St. & Main St. Bring a chair (or snag one of our outdoor tables), grab a drink & food from your favorite downtown restaurant, and enjoy the music!
Post Fontaine is a West Michigan Multi-Genre Variety band known for their lush sound and captivating performances. Specializing in covers from iconic 1970s bands like Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Eagles, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, 1980’s Heartland numbers by Mellencamp and Springsteen, 1990’s Alternative Rock favorites from Pearl Jam to the Smashing Pumpkins the set list is sure to treat your ears to a nostalgic yet refreshing musical experience.
Established in 2018, the current lineup of Post Fontaine came together in 2023, bringing together a group of talented musicians with remarkable individual careers in their own right. With a blend of experience and passion, Post Fontaine continues to captivate listeners with their seamless fusion of rock ‘n’ roll classics and diverse musical influences. From the shores of Lake Michigan to vibrant evening shows throughout the midwest, Post Fontaine’s electrifying performances leave a lasting impression on fans of all musical tastes.
