Commons Live Music Series – Pride and Joy Blues Band
Downtown Midland welcomes the Pride and Joy Blues Band to The Commons Live Music Series on September 5, 2026 from 7-9 p.m.
Performances will be set up on the Pedestrian Plaza Stage in the intersection of McDonald St. & Main St. Bring a chair (or snag one of our outdoor tables), grab a drink & food from your favorite downtown restaurant, and enjoy the music!
Originally formed in 2023 as a Stevie Ray Vaughan Tribute band, Pride and Joy has already earned praise from many local artists and music lovers. We have grown into a Stevie Ray Vaughan inspired blues band playing songs from not only Stevie, but ZZ Top, B.B. King, Albert King, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa and More!! The band consists of popular local musicians Jim Pagel, Shawn LaMere, Loren Kranz, Adam Romzek and Mark Cooper.
