Downtown Midland welcomes Brett Mitchell & the Mitchfits to The Commons Live Music Series on August 25, 2023 from 7-9 p.m.

Performances will be set up on the Pedestrian Plaza Stage in the intersection of McDonald St. & Main St. Bring a chair (or snag one of our outdoor tables), grab a drink & food from your favorite downtown restaurant, and enjoy the music!

Brett Mitchell is an award winning singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and bandleader, born and raised in Midland, Michigan and now living in Bellaire. He has entertained all over the Midwest, solo, and with his band, The Mitchfits, boasting guitarist extraordinaire, Erik Ryden, and incomparable Chicago native, Steve Tschaikowsky on bass. A captivating and charismatic performer, Brett’s shows include songs from his four original albums and a host of covers with his own pop rock spin. Upfront and singing from the drums, it’s a rockin’ day when Brett Mitchell comes to town.
