During summertime Thursday is officially a part of the weekend in Downtown Midland!

Weekend Warm-Up gives everyone a chance to come downtown after work to relax, shop around, eat at one of our many delicious restaurants, and socialize. This is made possible by the downtown businesses’ commitment to our community by extending their hours over the summer season. Not only will businesses be open later, but there will also be exciting events taking place every Thursday night that you won’t want to miss!

Thursday Events

• Watch a free movie outside on the wall of Ace Hardware! For a movie lineup visit: Movies on Main Facebook
• Stop by the Pedestrian Plaza stage on select Thursdays to see a free pop-up show hosted by the Midland Center for the Arts! For more info visit: Midland Center for the Arts Facebook

• Craft Hemp Company – open until 7pm
• FILL – open until 7pm
• Joyful Tantrum – open until 8pm

• Serendipity Road – open until 8pm
• The Yoga Place – 7:30 – 8:30 pm candlelight class
  • This class is a sweet and smoothing practice for all levels
